Our Law Firm has been established in 1938 by Avv. Ettore Morace and has always been operating in Maritime, Insurance and Transport Law.

Over the years, and with the following of the professionals' generations, who have enhanced the expertise of the Firm, the business gradually expanded to include International Trade and Business Law, with particular reference to the "Shipping" practice and to the matters re and has always been operating in Maritime, Insurance and Transport Law.

Over the years, and with the following of the proitions and thanks to the vitality of its professionals, today the Firm is one of the most dynamic in its area of practice in Italy, with an organization strongly focused on the specialization of each professional and on a quick problem solving approach.

The Firm, which recently changed its name to "E.Morace&Co.”, includes a variety of professionals in its offices in Naples (Santa Lucia area, close to the luxury hotels zone) and Rome (Via Sant'Andrea delle Frate, very close to Piazza di Spagna), and has strong correspondence relationships with other international law firms based in London, Athens, Madrid, Rotterdam, Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo and New York.

The Firm regularly assists its Italian and foreign clients in international transactions or disputes in English, Spanish and French. The Firm has also assisted Italian clients in their business in China, India, Kazakhstan and Brazil, markets to which clients are currently addressing a growing interest.

The Italian and international clients service is divided into two main areas of interest: "Shipping, Insurance & Offshore" and "Business, Commodities & International Trade".
