The Firm regularly assists Italian and foreign shipping and shipbuilding companies, in the structuring and managing of financing transactions, construction and sale of both passenger and cargo vessels with the main international specialized banks.

Thanks to the wide experience in this practice and to the precious co-operation with the major Italian and foreign brokers, the Firm also assists private clients in the sale of megayachts and pleasure crafts during the commercial negotiations and the following drafting and closing stage.

Moreover, the Firm is able to quickly manage the procedures relating to the registration of commercial vessels and pleasure crafts in the main European and International Registries. Between 2004 and 2008, we assisted clients in newbuilding contracts or sale and purchase agreements for about 80 ships.
